May was a busy and productive month for the Darien Pearce team, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to help 23 families and close out over $4.9M in production.

This month came with a lot of moving parts, and our focus stayed on staying responsive, keeping communication clear, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What I’m most proud of is the consistency behind the scenes. The teamwork, the follow-up, the problem solving, and the effort it takes to keep everything on track for our clients and partners.

Every month looks a little different, but the goal never changes, take care of people and make the process feel as smooth as possible!

Still trying to find the right words for this one.

105 families trusted me to help them get to the closing table with Virginia Housing Programs this year… and that will always mean more to me than anything else.

Being named a Virginia Housing Platinum Plus is such an incredible honor, but the real win will always be the impact behind it, the families, the stories, and the trust you placed in me.

So incredibly grateful for every single client and referral partner who allowed me to be part of such an important chapter. 🏡

30 properties. A few heartbreaking losses. And one moment that made it all worth it. 🏡

We always tell our buyers the right home will come. The process might not be pretty. You'll fall in love with houses that don't choose you back. You'll make offers that don't land. And you'll question whether it's ever going to happen.

But here's what we also know: when you stay patient, stay rational, and trust the process, the right one shows up.

These two first-time buyers were absolute gems. They asked the right questions. They leaned on our guidance. Then when the emotions ran high, because they always do, they made smart informed decisions instead of reactive ones.

We found their home and it was everything.
