Lots of BUZZ right now about Norfolk's $60k Grant-- but who does it better than RJ and I?!?

Kicking off my spring series of first time buyers with a new high score!!

RJ's keen negotiating skills got our client into their home $4k below appraised value with $6,600 in seller paid closing cost assistance.

Through Norfolk Redevelopment I was fortunate to help facilitate the $60,000 Housing grant-- but we didn't stop there!

We scored another $4,400 in Grant funds through a state grant.

We scored $17,500 from Federal Grants!

If you're keeping score, that is a whopping $88,500 in down payment and closing cost assistance!!! And to top it all off, we were also able to take advantage of the sparc 1% rate reduction for the life of the loan-- so the client closed at a rate that is well below market!!!!!

Absolutely incredible transaction and I'm so thankful to have been a part of it!
