A few years ago, before I was licensed to do mortgages in nearly all 50 States, I started a Financial Literacy Coaching program where I specifically help future home buyers navigate through the most COMPLICATED purchase of their lives. I’ve crafted my system over 24 years and have been providing this service 1on1 with my local clients directly and with this program, have been able to help people over state lines.
The typical mortgage pre-approval process only deals with one limited aspect of home ownership (mortgage payments) and I help fill in the gaps that are left unattended. There is no “One Size Fit’s all” and I have seen all too often folks with the best intentions and limited financial information make regretful decisions.
I’m currently updating the program and I’m looking for people 10 families who are interested in buying real estate within the next 12 months to offer feedback and gain complimentary access.
"I had the opportunity to get some one-on-one coaching from Mike while obtaining a mortgage for a home I recently purchased. Mike's advice gave me the confidence I needed to negotiate the interest rate on my loan. His tips took the stress out of the process and allowed me to negotiate a much better interest rate that will save me tens of thousands of dollars on the cost of my loan! Based on my experience working with Mike, I think his 'BorrowSavvy' course will be a terrific asset to anyone interested in obtaining a mortgage!" Scott S.
Here are some of the items included:

• Define your personal affordability and maximum comfortable payments (What you can “Qualify” for and “Afford” to repay are two very different things

• Credit & FICO Score review (How to get to the “Top Tier”)
• Mortgage Pre-Approval Process (How to save TIME, ENERGY & MONEY)

• Living Trust and Estate (If you do not have one, you need one)

We know that home prices and interest rates are high. However, we also know there are still amazing opportunities with an expert team & support in place.

The world of mortgages is filled with lenders that use confusing jargon and processes, which make it difficult to know exactly what you're getting into (or who to trust). We’re expected to know what everything means when applying for a mortgage and it can feel intimidating to ask questions.
