The market feels LOUD right now—rates, headlines, opinions, group chats, TikTok “experts.”

**1️⃣ “What if my pre-approval expires?”**
Totally normal.

It’s not starting over—it’s a quick refresh:

✔️ Check income/assets
✔️ Refresh credit

Think of it as a tune-up, not a setback.
