Now this is the news to see - Let's Go Christchurch:

Christchurch median property values grew 3% in the year to April 2026, compared to a 3% drop in Auckland, and a 0.8% fall nationwide.
This is only going to increase our property values, the simple calculation of supply and demand - demand is heating up!!

New figures show house values are just 1.6% below their peak, while the Auckland and Wellington markets remain subdued.
