And here is another clear indicator that Christchurch is the place to be and to continue to invest in. With the lastest data through on rental returns showing Christchurch leaps ahead of the pack.

Also showing strong at both ends of the property market with five bedrooms up 12% year on year and two bedrooms up 8%.

21 years on reflection. What an amazing ride this has been and the one thing that remains the same through it all, even right up today is - my passion for my clients and their success!!

Everything that I have achieved and continue to today is based completely on their success. The more my clients achieve in becoming mortgage free faster, growing their wealth and protecting the things they hold dearest to them the more I love what I do.

I cannot thank them enough for trusting in me and sharing me with those they care about to work alongside them to achieve the same.

At our NZHL National Conference, we were absolutely blown away when we were awarded the supreme Top Client Satisfaction award.

With a score of 92% this year we are so thankful to all our amazing clients and their feedback of us.

We have always said that we are a small boutique business that works in line with our clients, small can be powerful.

We are extemely excited and proud to share that at our national conference Zander, Alexander Evlampieff was awarded 2nd for his role and was the top writer in not only the Christchurch region for NZHL but also the entire South Island.

Since joining our team only three years ago he has gone from strength to strength. Just in the last 11 months alone he has helped over 50 new Kiwis get on their path to joining our NZHL Canterbury Metro Mortgage Free club and creating long term wealth.

It must be down to having the amazing Jess by his side.

Zanders goal this year is to work with even more Kiwi's, so if you would like to speak with him, he's here for you!

Arriving home from our National NZHL Conference on the weekend there were significant take aways and one from Jarrod Kerr – Chief Economist from KB whom we personally follow was the reflection on the South Island and Christchurch.

We are already feeling that we are finally growing, there is real excitement and people are flocking here but to also see it on his modelling with the South Island being completely separate from the North Island in growth and having unemployment numbers at half the level of the north shows that we are on the right track.

We are in the right place, we are doing all the right things and now more than ever it is your time to work with us to reduce your mortgage debt on your own home, cash being splashed by the Ozzy banks will not get you mortgage free faster, working with us will ensure not only your own roof over your heads is fully yours but you can then focus on growing future wealth too.

It reminds me of our old tag line – “How much of your home do you own and how much does the bank?” This is powerful because here at NZHL Canterbury Metro we want you to own 100% and the bank to be kicked to the curb.
