July 30th brought another "New Faces in New Places" closing for a first time homebuyer, who purchased a great home in Linden, IN. This is Margarita and Tracy Ridings Realtor and I represented her for the Realtor Buyer's Agency and mortgage financing, respectively. Also shown is Celia, Margarita's daughter, who was instrumental in helping keep the purchase process on track. It was great working with all parties and you can tell from the smiles in the pictures that this was a fun closing! Congrats Margarita!

No pics but next up was a refinance loan done for Carla that closed July 24th - she was great to work with. We put together a strategy for her to borrow some funds on her home to help her consolidate some debt, but most importantly to provide funds for home improvements to be made. Congrats Carla and it's been a pleasure working with you!

Next up for 'faces in new places' is Josh, Kari, and daughter Karli. I had the pleasure about 3 years ago to sit in the same room when they purchased their prior home, with my assistance. Now they've upgraded to a new home on Indy's South side. All went well and we had big fun at the closing! (Karli was a hoot!).
Jack Andrews - Real Estate Agent capably handled both the Listing/Sale of their prior home as well as representing them for this purchase. I am honored to have handled both purchase loans in a 3 year period! thanks and congrats, Kari, Karli, and Josh!
