Plus he stays very engaged with his clients, keeping me apprised of what he’s doing “behind the scenes”. His friendly demeanor is just a bonus to his work ethic.

He also finds ways to meet all of our goals and save us thousands of dollars. Before we met Bill, we were charged an extra $2000 at closing because lenders and agents know people will not back out at the last minute. Working with Bill, we always walk into closing knowing exactly what we’re paying, line by line. As long as he’s able to help us, we won’t use anyone else.

Howdy all! More 2026 closings. I have been handling mortgage financing in Tennessee for right at 22 years or more. A February closing was extra special for me - Samantha & Cliff have been clients of mine from when they were quite young and just starting their own family. I have been fortunate enough to work with them on at least 3 properties, both purchased and refinanced, in the greater area south of Nashville. In Feb I had my first opportunity for the "2nd generation", assisting their oldest son Michael in getting his first home....and looking forward to helping their other two sons if possible when the time is right! A great family who has become very special to me over more than 2 decades. Congrats Michael on your great first home!
March brought another refinance closing that was very rewarding to accomplish. Matt & Kunj here in Indiana had pre-qualed with me two years ago for their purchase, though their most sensible option at that time was allowing the builder/seller to cover the costs for a 2/1 buy down. Then as that subsidized note rate was about to end at the 23rd month, we were able to do a refinance for low cost and pulled their new, permanent fixed rate down by 1.25% on a significantly sized loan!

Hey all! Two of my YTD closings recently have been refinances - one for Michal & Anna, who I assisted with some guidance when they purchased a year ago. But I encouraged them to go with another lender at purchase as they were subsidized strongly by the builder to use the affiliated lender. A year later we tailored a refinance to their benefit and closed in late January!
