✈️ A week without luggage. A study-abroad nightmare. Zero accountability.

Our family is beyond frustrated with the mishandling of our checked luggage by Brussels Airlines and Heathrow Airport.

For over 7 days, our bags have been delayed — and these aren’t just vacation bags. They contain every essential belonging of our son who is studying abroad in London for the next several months. Clothes, school items, and daily necessities are all missing, with no resolution or urgency.

What’s made this worse is the complete breakdown in communication:
• Endless phone calls with no answers
• Emails left unanswered
• Automated responses with no follow-through
• Escalations met with silence

We lost an entire week of our holiday chasing bags instead of spending time with family in Poland or enjoying London. Time we’ll never get back.
