Fortune Fund is now live on Otto! 💖✨

Fortune Fund is Otto’s new way to make giving feel even better, with every donation supporting trusted Kiwi charities. As a token of appreciation, donors also go into a draw to win a cash prize 💰. There is no cost beyond your donation and no strings attached.

Powered by the Otto Charitable Trust, Fortune Fund is about putting generosity in the spotlight. It’s a simple idea: small acts of generosity can go a long way 🌱.

So far, the Otto community has already supported Forest & Bird, Kindness Collective, and Assistance Dogs NZ. We’ll be adding more charities and community voting soon!

🗳️ Voting is open for NZ’s Bird of the Year 2025! 🏆

At Otto, we think all birds are amazing. But we’ve got a particular soft spot for the NZ robin, or toutouwai.

With its little patch of feathers above its beak, the toutouwai is friendly, curious, and often bold enough to come say hello 👋.

It’s also clever. By stashing food when times are good, it’s ready for anything a rainy day might bring.

Inspired by the toutouwai, we built Otto to help Kiwis do something similar: make progress steadily, be prepared, and get rewarded along the way.

Here’s a tip 👀

Did you know you can now personalise the accounts you’ve linked to Otto?

Here’s how:

🏷️ Rename your accounts – give them a nickname that makes sense to you! Navigate to the account you want to change, then click "Rename account".

🎨 Pick a new tile colour – because your accounts should match your style. Same as above, but choose "Change colour".

🔄 Reorder your accounts – arrange them however you like on your Accounts page. Tap (or click) and hold your account tile, then drag it to the position you like.
