Understanding a clients needs and want's is the most important part of the role, I try my best to see my clients face to face where possible, to get a proper understanding, if that means working an evening or a weekend then I am happy to help! 😀 I don't know how hard it is getting a real life appointment at a bank at 7.00pm on a Tuesday evening, but I bet it doesn't happen a lot!
