What a beautiful bank holiday weekend, the last one until .. Christmas 🥴

Friday Harriet and I went to peak wildlife park. I also had a few home completions and a gorgeous gift hamper from a beautiful couple ❤️

Saturday we spent on the farm and even tested out the new boat. And yesterday I spent the afternoon with over 40 lovely ladies for a joint hen doo / local get together in leek before myself and my wonderful friend Jess marry six weeks apart 🩷

Today is a VERY special completion day 🥰🥰

My best friend Emily and her partner Dave, finally get the keys to their first home!!! It’s been a long dragged out six month process due to chain collapses, management company issues, but we got there. And I genuinely think I am more elated today than I was the day I got the keys to my own home.

We went out for some tea this week to celebrate and tomorrow I will be helping her move into her new pad. And now it’s payback time. Get the spare bed set up and the kettle on 😉😄😘✨🎉🥂🏡

I love a pro active client. Keys on Friday, ripped to shreds by Tuesday 😂 Good luck on the renovation Charlotte and Sam, those pictures bring back a lot of memories 😄

This house was a particularly hard case to get though. The properties water was sourced from its own bore hole and for the first time in my 10+ year career the valuer was requesting no end of water reports before I could get the mortgage offer issued. Glad to see this one over the line ✔️ 🏡 😎

Well what a lovely family weekend I have had, H is enjoying getting stuck into work with her dad now she’s getting a bit older, which is beautiful to see. And we had our final banns reading in church yesterday and no one objected, so looks like we are still on to wed on the 12th September 😂

Two completions already so far today, it’s looking like a very busy few weeks ahead 👰 🏡 🔑 💪🏼
