Great News! The Bank of England has cut the base rates from 4% to 3.75% - The lowest since early 2023

As Christmas is around the corner, we thought we would remind you, if you are looking to take out a mortgage then we would suggest avoid using Klarna… the reasons for this…

🏡 The monthly payments can be used on the affordability of the application.

🏡 Everytime you sign up, they do a hard credit check and this is a new credit account on the credit file.

🏡 Every credit check you do will sit on the credit file for 6 years.

🏡 Some lenders can consider these the same as payday loans, which can be detrimental to your application.

Especially with Christmas coming up, please avoid using Klarna or any buy now pay laters as this could affect your credit file and mortgage application.
