Rates have come down slightly over the past month and I was hoping they would continue to fall but this is unlikely if the conflict in the Middle-East begins again.

I don't charge a fee for a remortgage unless you are borrowing more and all I need initially is 3 months bank statements and pay slips.

RATES ARE COMIG DOWN!!!

Yesterday I had 3 emails from main, High St lenders to say their rates are coming down. Hopefully, this little spike we've had is over (so long as The Donald behaves himself).
