💵 HSBC are one of just many who have reduced their rates within the last week

💵 This is a really positive indication of where we expect the market to head

💵 With inflation now at a level it should be, and the Bank of England expected to reduce the base rate in coming months, lets just hope there is finally light at the end of the tunnel....

We are recruiting for a nursery practitioner to join our small homely nursery in April 2024.

Must be qualified level 2 or 3.

Full or part time available.

Part time available is 3 days- (24 hrs)

Must be able to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm.(eg shifts such as 8am-4.30pm, 8.30pm-5.00pm, 9.00am-5.30pm, 9.30pm-6pm)

How many of you have started the year with a New Years resolution? New Year - New You?

Lets also hope for a better economy for 2024 compared to the previous 12 months.

There is currently a lot more stability in the financial markets, and mortgage SWAP rates are continuing to drop.

The likelihood is that the Bank of England will continue to freeze the base rate at 5.25% for the next 6 months, and look to reduce in the second half of the year.

I'm keeping everything crossed.... 🤞🤞🤞
