My name is David Griffin and over the past 10 years I’ve advised hundreds of clients over the age of 55 on Equity Release, right across the North West. I specialise purely in Equity Release and have access to the whole of the market, which means I’m not restricted by one provider. All of the lenders I use are approved by the Equity Release Council who are the industry body for the UK Equity Relea

se sector. I’ll help you understand how the various Equity Release plans work without the technical jargon or pushy sales techniques. This way you can decide which option is right for you – if any. Equity Release isn’t always the best option for the people I speak to, but for many it has helped them to become more comfortable with their finances throughout their retirement. I live in Bolton with my wife and help people in Greater Manchester and the wider North West with their Equity Release needs.
