Absolutely loved this one….

Customer recommended by a previous customer calls me. He had been ghosted by multiple mortgage advisors who couldn’t find a solution and did not have the courage to turn him away and be honest.

He wanted to purchase a second residential property so his family could remain in his first property and he could buy a second home for himself. We came across multiple hurdles including expenditure of the second home, transactions we had to explain, along with his income and bonus variants we had to sort out.

I spoke to underwriters and between myself and the lender we really tried to take a manual approach on this one.

And this morning…wallop…the mortgage offer!

So chuffed and proud to do what I do at times.

Another happy customers and pleasure for me also.

INTEREST RATES WERE HELD YESTERDAY!

But the uncertainty remains rife with mortgage lenders slowly pushing rates back up!

The Bank of England’s decision isn’t linked directly to lender’s decisions with fixed rates. The trouble with the war and uncertainty around oil prices makes lenders uncertain and the fixed deals are slowly on the climb again until this dies down….

If your current deal is coming to an end - it has never been more important to get in touch and see what deal I can lock in to protect you from more rises.

If rates do come down between now and your deal beginning, I can get the better rate for you, but if they go up again, you’re PROTECTED!

Sometimes, mortgage applications are not easy for one reason or another. But the beauty is, we can come up with a plan, be patient and find the right outcome.

Today I had wonderful gift delivered off two amazing customers who have not had it easy with their house search and application - but they are nearly there - I’m so happy for them.
