Amidst all the bad weather; there is blue sky in the distance. This is the same way our mortgages feel at the moment. People shoving their fixed rate offers under the carpet and praying. Home movers are buying , which is great, but it’s those renewing their current deal that aren’t acting fast enough.

I need is your mortgage renewal date and then months before your current deal is up, I lock in a new deal for you without your ‘forgetting’ or ‘praying’. Why is this useful you may ask, because if rates go up further between that date and your completion date then your protected, and if rates come down, I get notified and switch you onto the cheaper one / all without you doing anything.
I have had a few customers so pleased this month that they protected themselves early amid these recent rises, and I have also have people wishing they had given me their expiry date sooner.
