Saskatchewan home sales fell 10% in May, but tight supply kept prices moving higher.
The provincial benchmark price hit a new record of $381,100, while available supply remained nearly 50% below the 10-year average, according to the Saskatchewan Realtors Association.
Regina recorded 350 sales in May, down 17% from last year, though still above the 10-year average for the month.
The city’s benchmark price reached a new record of $350,200, up from $345,700 in April and nearly 4% higher than a year earlier.
