My services are 100% free. I work with all people regardless of debt, income, mortgage amount, place of employment, age, gender, sexual orientation.

There is a lot of fear about interest rates in the media and in day to day conversations and I understand the concerns.

However, rates based on historical trends are still in a good range for a healthy housing market. Do not let the unknown dictate when you should buy a home. Rates are always going to fluctuate but with a mortgage you are paying down it directly impacts your financial future, when you are paying rent it is impacting the financial future of the landlord.

It is always a good time to see what your options are to qualify for a home purchase. Don't let the headlines prevent you from seeking the home you desire. We can work through this together.

I am happy to share that I have transitioned to Fresh Mortgage Co. - Dominion Lending. I have enjoyed the time I had with TMG and have gained an abundance of knowledge from my supervising mortgage professional Steve Ryan.

We are happy to be making this transition together.
