That was one of my biggest takeaways from talk: connection comes first, credibility comes second.

The more people know you, the more they trust you. The more they trust you, the more opportunities follow.

We are proud to share that our broker Adam Wayne was nominated for the professional development award at this years 2026 AMBA Awards ceremony. Adam became a licensed mortgage broker in late 2022 and began working in the industry in 2023, initially building his experience part-time before transitioning to a full-time role in 2025 with Atlas Mortgage Group. That same year, he expanded his services by obtaining his life insurance and investment license, allowing him to provide more comprehensive financial guidance. In 2025, Adams first year full time he ranked among the top 10% of agents within Dominion Lending Centres (DLC) which boasts nearly 10,000 agents and growing. He is passionate about educating clients and helping families make confident financial decisions through mortgages, insurance, and long-term financial planning. Since starting his journey in 2019, Atif has built Atlas Mortgage Team from a one-person operation into a high-performing team of top producers. His focus has always been simple: help more families achieve homeownership while mentoring brokers to grow successful careers with balance.

Because the best part isn’t the awards.
The best part is watching my whole team win.

Not “some of us.” Not “most of us.”

This year had pressure. It had long days. It had moments where we had to dig deep.
