• How much you spend
• Ongoing debts (think credit cards, car loans & kids😅)

And there are ‘hidden’ factors that limit your borrowing power.

👉🏻 condition of the place

And if you’re paid overtime/allowances or Self employed, an online calc won’t do you right.
