Three signs worth paying attention to if you own a home on the Sunshine Coast.

One. You bought your home more than 5 years ago and haven’t actually reviewed where you sit. Your property has probably moved in value. Your loan has come down. The gap matters.

Two. Recent sales in your suburb have surprised you. The place a few streets over that sold in a week for a number nobody expected. If the local market is doing things you didn’t predict, your own property is probably doing them too.
