Every lender has different policies, assessment criteria, and appetites for risk. We’ve seen it time and time again , a loan declined by one bank gets approved by another.

Just this week, we had a client face a valuation shortfall with one lender. We moved the application to another bank, and they approved it at the full purchase price. Done. ✅
