🏡 Home Loan Approved!
📍 Sunshine Coast region, QLD

I recently helped one of my clients buy their first home at an auction in Sunshine Coast region, Queensland .

Before auction day, we made sure everything was ready:
✅ Home loan pre-approval of $800,000
✅ Building and pest inspection completed
✅ Property valuation checked before the auction
✅Title search completed and contract reviewed by conveyancer
✅ A clear bidding limit agreed in advance with the clients according to the valuation

On auction day, we stayed calm, stuck to our plan, and successfully secured the property. The 10% deposit was paid immediately, and the contract became unconditional.

After the auction, I ordered the final valuation using the purchase price. It matched perfectly, and I submitted the valuation and signed contract to the bank. Today, the home loan is officially unconditional! 🎉

Buying at auction can be stressful, but with the right preparation and guidance, it can be a smooth process.
