And regional areas? from $550,000 to $700,000!
2. Say goodbye to income caps! For solo applicants, you needed to earn under $125,000 and dual applicants under $200,000...no more!
3. Minimum deposit needed is 5% +costs
4. No lenders mortgage insurance - saving you thousands.
