I am looking for some feedback…

I want to create a short (approx. 4 week) online course that is going to teach people who have home loans that have been in place for some years and paying a higher interest rates, than they should be, on, how you can renegotiate loan interest rate arrangements that will save them thousands of dollars over the remaining term of their home/investment loan.

Once the short course is completed participants will understand how to analyse their current loans, and how to access lower interest rates and quantify the sort of savings they can gain, in repaying their home loan quicker. and in process saving thousands of dollars. This course will give you the participants confidence in comparing interest rates available in the market which will mean savings for them, as well as the opportunity to pay off their home/investment loan more quickly, invest in other assets or reach financial freedom sooner.
