☀️ Tis the season for pool building! 🏊‍♀️

With the warmer weather on its way, I'm seeing more and more clients turning their backyard dreams into reality!

RBA CASH RATE INCREASE 📈

The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced a further 0.25% increase to the official cash rate, bringing it to 4.85%.

We know this isn’t the news many mortgage holders were hoping for, particularly with household budgets already under pressure.

So, what does this mean for you?

🏡 If you have a variable rate home loan, your repayments may increase depending on your lender.

📊 If you haven’t reviewed your home loan recently, now could be a good time to understand where you stand.

Remember, a rate increase doesn’t mean you should simply accept that your current loan is still the right fit.

🏡 When was the last time you reviewed your home loan?

A lot can change after you first take out a home loan — your income, your family, your property value, your financial goals and even the features available on your loan.

A home loan review is simply a chance to check whether your current loan still works for your circumstances.

It can be worth asking:

Week 3 done ✅

63kms completed and 37kms to do within the next 9 days

Today was my best distance at 6.5kms because I was lucky enough to have a friend come along to the gym with me this morning where I done 4.1kms while chatting and another friend come along to the gym tonight with me while I done 2.4kms on the treadmill. Time goes so much quicker when you can walk and chat 😊
