I cannot say enough wonderful things about Juanita Wagner! She truly went above and beyond for us throughout our homebuying journey. When we found ourselves in a very difficult situation and felt like we were running out of options, Juanita stepped in, turned everything around, and helped us get our loan approved within just days! What seemed almost impossible, she made possible.
This is our second time working with Juanita as our loan officer, and there is a reason we keep coming back to her. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and dedication are truly unmatched. She is incredibly patient, attentive, understanding, and always willing to take the time to explain every detail and answer every question. She never made us feel like a burden, no matter how many times we reached out.
