🏡 CLOSING DAY! 🎉
Today was one of those closings that reminds me why I love what I do.
This journey actually started from a referral from a past client all the way back in 2018. Over the years, there were challenges to overcome, changes in life circumstances, and a lot of waiting. In 2019, he got married, but his wife was still living in their home country and wasn't able to move to the United States until this spring.
When we finally got serious about finding a home, we had very specific goals to meet. The monthly payment had to fit comfortably within their budget, and the cash needed to close had to stay within a certain range. We looked at multiple homes, wrote contracts on a few, and carefully evaluated every option until we found the one that felt right.
A huge thank you to my incredible real estate partner, Marc Rusterucci, who negotiated with the seller to make major improvements before closing, including new paint, flooring, appliances, doors, and much more. The home is practically move-in ready and feels brand new for this wonderful family.
Today, after years of patience, planning, and perseverance, they officially became homeowners. 🏠❤️
