We have evaluated our options and we will be going with Happy Home Mortgage for our 2nd home purchase. I sincerely want to thank Priscilla for her expertise and thorough work. She displays great candor and personality over the phone and it's no surprise she’s been a successful MLO.

The Owner of the Mortgage Broker Firm is a very good friend of ours, so he was able to come up with terms that no other lender will beat. Interest rate after points came down to 5.99% and he's doing all sorts of lender credits so that our total cash to close on a $310K property is $22,000. His LO commission will be only about $500.

With all these factors taken into account it's a clear choice for us. I'm sorry we won't be using Bay Equity, but the feedback is honestly great. You have an excellent LO in Priscilla, who makes the experience personal and pleasant. Any mortgage firm would be lucky to have her on their team.
