As first-time homebuyers, the whole process can easily feel overwhelming and intimidating especially while working and juggling everything all at once. But having a lender like Shannon Hodges completely changes that, because she completely understood our busy schedules. I love how flexible she is while still keeping everything so organized!
When we were shopping around, we encountered some frustrating experiences: a few lenders were rude, tried to force their own process, or even ghosted us completely. Some even dismissed us because they insisted on a phone call or video chat. Since English isn't our first language, we much prefer written communication so we can read and review everything at our own pace.
While we did find a few other good lenders along the way, we love Shannon Hodges. the most. The best thing about her is how organized and detailed she is when explaining things, never overwhelming us. She completely respected our preference to keep everything in writing without ever demanding a call or a sit-down meeting.
She gave us incredible advice and truly showed her expertise in her craft. She listened to every concern, answered all our questions with endless patience, and made sure we understood every detail of our financing.
My husband and I are truly blessed to have Shannon by our side on our homebuying journey. ♡
