From the very beginning, Shannon was upfront, transparent, and incredibly informative throughout the entire journey. She took the time to educate us on the different types of loans available and clearly explained what would be required for the down payment and closing costs. Because of her guidance, the homebuying process felt smooth, simple, and far less stressful than we expected.
Before working with Shannon, we had experiences with Tidewater Mortgage Services and Fulton Bank, and unfortunately we felt like we were basically blown off. That was absolutely not the case with Shannon. She was attentive, responsive, and truly cared about helping us succeed.
Our realtor, Imani Santos, and Shannon worked together as an amazing team. They both treated us like family, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us. The level of care, professionalism, and support we received was phenomenal customer service.
