Completed the GovX San Diego Half Marathon. The goal is to help them and give them the tools needed to become better than us in every way. Danny is 20 and completed his 4th half maraton with me, at his age I couldn't fathom running more than 5 miles and he runs 13.1 miles like it's nothing.. I'm proud of you Danny!

Just got back from the private money Elevate event in Vegas.

It's never about the trip. It’s about the conversations. Being in a room with high-level lenders and operators from across the country helps sharpen how we structure deals and solve tougher scenarios.
