We love an ARM loan because it rewards (moderate) risk-takers!
You reap the benefits of a fixed term for 5-10 years - with a below market rate - and an adjustable-rate for the remainder. If mortgage rates drop, your rate drops too! Same goes for rate increases, BUT you can always refinance out of the ARM if the market improves. So kind of a win-win.
