As first-time homebuyers, we went into this process with basically ZERO knowledge about home loans, what to expect, or honestly what half of the terminology even meant. Karen was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
She was always there to answer every single question we had big or small with the loan process, and never made us feel silly for asking. She took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.

Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but having Karen in our corner made such a huge difference. She was patient, helpful, responsive, and genuinely made us feel like she cared about getting us into our first home.

We are SO thankful for everything she did for us and would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for a loan officer, especially first-time homebuyers!
