Since that time, I've become focused on giving customers the information they need to make informed mortgage decisions. My role is to offer loan program choices with explanations, and then assist, if necessary , in choosing the most appropriate financing for each customer's unique situation. I know the buying/selling process can be overwhelming. My primary goal is to keep all parties updated throu
ghout the transaction. I'm experienced in the typical loan products like FHA, Conventional, HARP, VA and Homepath. My specialties are the USDA zero down product; renovation/improvement products for challenged properties; DACCA borrowers; Jumbo mortgages; and manufactured home loans. I grew up on a row crop farm in Stayton, and have lived in Stayton virtually all of my life. I am an enthusiastic sports fan - especially when it comes to Pac12 college football. My every day life revolves around my sons' families, my three grandchildren, fitness, and growing in my faith journey.
