7 families helped this month! Phew! 😮💨
I’ll tell you a little bit about each family that closed on a home this month….
1. I helped a family relocate from one city to another for a new job utilizing FHA FirstHome (they came in with $1,000 out of pocket!!!!) 💪🏼
2. I helped a family buy their first home, a fun project for them! We utilized a Conventional 3% down program and they only put down $8,550. 😇
3. I helped an AMAZING family buy their THIRD home 🫶🏼 So thankful for their trust in me. It’s been so fun seeing their kiddos grow throughout the years. 🥹
4. I helped the sweetest retired couple purchase their dream home, with plenty of space for all the grandchildren. We used Conventional financing! 👏🏼
5. I helped the cutest young couple buy their first home together. Planting their roots. We utilized a USDA loan and they came in with $0 out of pocket!!! 😍
6. I helped another cutie young couple - making power moves together! They bought their beautiful home with an FHA Zero Down loan and came in with $0 out of pocket!! 🔥
7. I saved the best for last! This family has been THROUGH IT. This was their THIRD property they have tried to buy. Each property they had been under contract on prior had a devastating, deal breaking problem. But the third time is a charm! They utilized FHA and only put down 3.5%! 😌
