Jay Seymour provided what would be, under any circumstances, exemplary service. Each step of the process was explained. He even made sense of some of the apparently off-the-wall requirements of the underwriters and brought the mortgage to the table on time and complete. He responded quickly, patiently, and thorougly to every one of my questions, whether they were reasonable or just plain wacky. His patience and supportiveness were outstanding; I felt confident and (when necessary) reassured. As far as I can judge, he knows the ins and outs of his field to perfection. Any buyer, first-time or experienced, would find working with Jay made what is, by its nature, a daunting process, more manageable. And, working with him is a thoroughly pleasant experience. Highest kudos to Jay Seymour.
