We are getting the same question every day: 'Should I wait for rates to hit 5% before I buy?' 📉

Here’s the reality for March 2026:

1️⃣ The 'Sweet Spot' is approaching: Analysts at Fannie Mae and Morgan Stanley see a 'U-shaped' trajectory. We’re likely to see a dip toward the high 5s late this spring/early summer before things stabilize in the low 6s for the rest of the year.

2️⃣ The Cost of Waiting: A 0.5% drop in rates is great, but if 20% more buyers enter the market at the same time, bidding wars return. You might save $100 on a monthly payment but pay $30k more for the house.

3️⃣ Inventory is up 10%: For the first time in years, buyers actually have choices. You can negotiate inspections and seller concessions again!
