Congrats to Olivia on her new home! 🥳🎀🥳

Olivia came to me a little nervous because another lender gave her a very high quote for down payment and closing costs with no options.

I sat down and looked over her situation and helped her get into a grant program for first time buyers. Together with her realtor Shemia Elise (who is a rockstar agent! 🎉)we were able to structure the deal so that she came to closing with almost no money out of pocket.
