It’s been a great two weeks for Ashley Cooper Realty and Ascend Financial. First we closed a refinance for around $350,000 on a house in Mt. Pleasant . Then we closed on a reverse mortgage loan around 200,000 then Ashley Cooper sold and closed a $650,000 house in Mount Pleasant and Ascend financial closed the $619,000 loan on that property.
