That house with the 3% rate that you’re afraid to sell… what if we just… kept it? Turned it into a rental… the tenant covers the mortgage payment… and we still use the equity of the home to buy your next one.

And now this next home fits your family needs.
You have space again.

What would it look like to have 2 homes…
appreciating year over year?
🏠 $500k home at 2% appreciation = $10,000 x 2 = $20,000 in just ONE year.

By the time you are 60… I bet retirement looks more in reach than having just one home.

$20,000 in a savings account earning 0.5% = $100

Or take that 20,000 and buy a 400,000 home. Even if this home only appreciates 2%… = $8,000.
