There are thousands of people who can quote you a rate. The number is the number.

I care more about the strategy behind it. Do you want the lowest rate? Or the rate with the best breakeven?

What about how this rate impacts your tax strategy?

Will this rate and program prevent you from refinancing in a year or 2 bc no one explained the “after closing” requirements?

Being The Mortgage Nerd isn’t a gimmick, it’s my life’s mission. Bc maybe if someone had given my Dad better real estate advice growing up, we wouldn’t have lost our house.

Sara had her BEST month ever… and some would say in the hardest market we’ve seen in over a decade!

How did she do it?!?

She followed the plan.

She did it regardless of how she felt.
Even with kids home from school and climbing all over her during her zoom calls 😜

You might unfollow me for this one… but it doesn’t make it untrue: The holidays should be about the people, not the payments. Don’t normalize going into more debt just “because it is the holidays” 🎄

A lot of loan officers feel STUCK in their business.
