Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, Terence Flannigan graduated from Mater Dei High School and began his college education with a football scholarship at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he studied Psychology. He continued his higher educatio
n and received his Masters of Counseling at California State University, Fullerton while also receiving his Masters Certificate in Sports Psychology at JFK University. Terence's education in Psychology and his private practice in Marriage/Family Therapy nourished his passion to assist others. Seeking to utilize his skills in financial analysis, Terence coupled his two passions and in 2003 began a vibrant career as a full time professional mortgage broker. Providing comprehensive service and creating meaningful relationships are the keys to Terence’s success. He strives to assist each client by educating them on mortgage and lending practices and how to achieve financial growth through responsible fiscal management. He maintains relationships with his clients and provides continued lending services and guidance for years to come. Born the fifth of six children to Marge and Bill Flannigan, Terence comes from a long line of hard working dedicated professionals. When Terence is not in the office, he can be seen on the ball field coaching his son Dylan or at the nearest park playing alongside daughter Kylie. Terence enjoys running marathons and 5k’s, working out regularly, golfing, taking cooking and photography classes and attending sporting events.
