I found Vance with some online research that all lead to the same conclusion. That conclusion being, if you want someone to help get the best deal and work through any hiccups in a timely and compassionate manner, Vance is the man. My first interaction with Vance, was, after all my research and deciding I liked his ethics and what I had read and heard, him telling me politely he couldn't help me the next three days because he promised his son a camping trip. As frustrating as that was because we were trying to get an approval letter by a certain time, the moment Vance had time he worked faster than anyone and with better quality. I worked or inquired with 5 or 6 other lenders or brokers and they all seemed like used car salesman trying to funnel me towards less than ideal deals or not disclose or explain everything. Vance was completely different, he answered every question honestly, and never tried to leave things out our leave me uninformed. Vance made it a point to share any and all information he could and go out of his way to find answers if they weren't readily available. The most important part about Vance and his wife Yvette is, they made us feel like family and got us such a great deal I'd never work with anyone else in this realm of things. From my experience Vance is someone who can solve any problem in the process, do so very promptly and thoroughly, answer the questions that make you informed and confident, and just outright smoke the competition. Thank you so much Vance and Yvette, me and my wife thank you dearly.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share how incredible Vance and his team are! My husband and I recently purchased this beautiful million dollar property, and we feel extremely blessed to have worked with Vance. He is highly attentive to the market and closely monitors trends to secure the best rates. Vance's meticulous attention to detail and frequent updates on market trends were invaluable; he literally studies the market trends and he'd text my husband when there's a dip!! He managed to get us an exceptional rate that we thought was impossible given the current interest rates. The service was truly outstanding. We're thrilled we had the chance to work with him. Customer Service Announcement. Anyone try Relaxium Sleep or contemplating? They give you a free trial of 2 bottles for 17 days and then will charge you $119.95 plus tax for the 2 bottles sent that they sent you for the trial. Essentially charging you $60/month for a subscription. If you call their customer service department and push back, they will give you an immediate refund of $60 and a 30% discount for the continuing service going forward! The subscription then becomes more like $40/month. That's pretty sleazy!!
In my profession, its the same type of "will match the mortgage rate" scenario when a competing lender gets tested with my consistent lower rate/cost mission for active duty and retired veterans.
I have used Relaxium and for me, its seems to be effective. However, this might be in combination for a more effective CPAP( I have sleep apnea) adjustment. Time will tell. Anyway, a heads up regards a well advertised TV promotion.
