Brian Bray at Bray Commercial, LLC Grand Junction Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Marketing, Mesa County Events Brian joined Bray Real Estate in August of 2004.

He is a fourth generation real estate professional at Bray Real Estate, founded in 1946 by his great-grandfather Sherman Bray. He spent his time before this attending Mesa State College and graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is an entrepreneur by heart and uses this passion to help his clients obtain their real estate goals. Since beginning his work at Bray

Real Estate Brian focused his first 5 years in Residential real estate. While working the Residential arena, Brian worked with first time home buyers to million dollar clients. He has also expanded his knowledge in working with small farm and ranch properties to 6000 acre mountain recreation properties. In 2009 Brian moved his focus to the commercial division. He specializes in commercial/industrial sales, leasing, land development, business opportunities and investment properties. In 2015 Brian became the Managing Broker of Bray Commercial Real Estate,

Throughout his years at Bray Real Estate, Brian has managed to stay at the top of the fold in production. Most recently, Brian received the Bray Commercial Platinum Sales Achievement Award for his accomplishments and 9.2 million in sales production during 2014, and the same Platinum Sales Achievement Award for his accomplishments and 8.6 million in sales production during 2016. Although his experience is broad he is an exclusive commercial agent. Brian continues to broaden his sphere of influence by actively participating in numerous organizations such as Grand Junction Area Realtors Association, Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, Realtors Land Institute, attending GJARA Government Affairs meetings, participating in various energy forums, and most any opportunity to broaden his education base.
