I have extensive experience with developing dreams for people and organizations buying homes/properties and finding the potential in those goals. From projects, developments, and ideas, I am able to bring those to life through creative and flexible solutions that make financial sense. In addition to providing mortgage solutions through Zero Point Mortgages, I am certified through the State of Colorado to provide continuing education credits to realtors that have questions about water including irrigation, wells, and septic systems. I provide support to clients on how to understand those systems bringing confidence to real estate in more rural settings. Colorado has so much to offer with the right conversations. Teaching is a passion of mine and I use that to bring my skills and expertise to others by teaching water classes for those pursuing a certificate in water treatment at Western Colorado Community College. For fun, I am a certified Ski Instructor working with both kids and adults to conquer fear, learn safety, develop a true sense of independence and have fun on skis in the mountains! Outside of work, as a native, I enjoy a true Colorado lifestyle that changes with the seasons to include rafting, skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing, and of course music. I have three teenage kids that also enjoy our many adventures and keep me busy with 4H, FFA, and sports of their own. I enjoy giving back to the community through involvement with the local Kiwanis Club to support children and through environmental stewardship volunteer efforts with Volunteer for Outdoor Colorado, Colorado Canyons Association, River's Edge West, and many other local grassroots organizations.
