Achieving Inc 1000 status with a $0.00 advertising budget may sound implausible, but believe it or not, it's not only possible but a reality once again.

But first, a special New Year's greeting for a prosperous and rewarding 2024, from all of Horizon Agency Systems LLC

In 2023, our efforts propelled us to a solid position again, securing a spot on the Inc 1000 list, despite the challenges in this competitive and whacky industry.

Amidst the chaos of the industry we proudly claim the 505th spot.

The opening line of this post wasn't just a teaser... we genuinely achieved this level of growth without spending a dime on advertising.

To clarify, this isn't just for the year 2023 but reflects our consistent approach every year.

We take a whole lot of pride in our accomplishments and recognize there's still much more to achieve.

The decision to maintain a zero ad spend strategy in 2024 is a deliberate choice, and we are thrilled that our growth is powered by word of mouth—a testament to the trust and support from our partners.

Happy agency owners telling happy agency owners.

No network is perfect, this holds true even in the best of times, and is particularly true during such turbulent and uncertain industry times, but we navigate these challenges while prioritizing our reputation and member agencies - period.

We fiercely guard that reputation.

We do this by doing what's right for our existing member agencies and presenting the opportunity with complete transparency and best intentions for insurance professionals who are thinking of joining us.

A special congratulations goes to Uwe Philip Kirch 'Trout', our fearless leader and CEO, and his incredible wife, Amy Kirch, who epitomizes the essence of a "family-owned business" - tirelessly supporting the entire ecosystem of employees and agency owners.

Kudos to all Horizon employees on the amazing year... but most importantly, congrats to our member agencies—the real growth catalysts.

Without break, they generate revenue while aiding clients in protecting what matters most.

Without them, none of this is possible.

Kenny Aronoff Was an amazing speaker and it was great to bring him to Grand Junction for our conference.

Thank you, Kenny Aronoff, for stopping in for a visit! Kenny has had such a fantastic career, and it was beyond an honor to have him stop in and say hello.

He has drummed professionally with some of the incredible artists:

John Melloncamp, Smashing Pumpkins, Bob Seger, Willie Nelson, John Fogerty, Michelle Branch, Tony Iommi, Melissa Etheridge, Jerry Lee Lewis, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Joe Satriani and Jon Bon Jovi.

He is also a well-known educator and motivational speaker. Kenny was sponsored by Rocky Mountain West Insurance and Horizon Agency Systems to come to Grand Junction this week for their National Insurance Conference.
