Bev Carnett was born in Grand Junction, raised in California, and lived in various places before returning to Grand Junction and beginning her real estate career in 2005. Bev has explored many different career paths over the years—she’s been a restaurant owner, an interior decorator and a mortgage banker. She earned a BFA from Metro State College of Denver, is on the Board of the Mesa County Women

’s Network (a member for 4 years) and volunteers for Hospice of Western Colorado, Palisade Bluegrass Festival, the Colorado Mountain Wine Festival and the WesternColoradoCenter for the Arts. She is also incredibly creative and expresses herself with ceramics, watercolor painting and jewelry making. When not working or volunteering, Bev enjoys getting outdoors and hiking in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter. “I love the GrandValley and have a lot of family here. I like the friendly small town feel and being so close to the high mountains or desert. The Grand Valley is truly a special place to live and work!”

After 10 years in the mortgage business, Bev decided it was time to get her Real Estate license.
