More inventory is shifting negotiating power toward buyers.

With more homes available and longer selling times, buyers have greater room to compare options and negotiate. Mortgage rates also eased after starting the week higher. 🏡 Did you know you may not have to pay Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for the life of your loan?
