I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for your amazing work on my mortgage loan. It would be an understatement to describe it as anything less than a miracle.
Unfortunately, things immediately went south once I started this process with another loan officer. I was anxious, dejected, and doubtful that things would ever improve. Everything changed when I began working with all of you.
You were so professional, informed, patient, and very helpful from the beginning to end. You took the time to walk me through each step, responded to all of my inquiries, and made a potentially stressful procedure seem easy and doable.
