Great News for Virginia Homebuyers!

As of August 19, 2025 Virginia Housing has rolled out higher income and sales price limits across all areas of Virginia, making it possible for more homebuyers to qualify for affordable homeownership programs.

Highlights:

🔑 Grant Program limits up to $148K / $174K income and $800K sales price

🔑 Standard/Bond Program limits up to $186K / $217K income and $800K sales price

🔑 Expanded/Non-Bond Program limits up to $245K income statewide

🔑 Warren County is now classified as part of All Other Areas of Virginia

This change leads to the potential for more opportunities for more buyers, especially those who may have been just over the threshold before.
