We found out about additional SPARC fund availability and were able to help 4 families in the month of June get a 1% interest rate reduction, for a combined monthly savings of $1,277.62. In addition to this, they also received a combined $45,350 in down payment assistance grants! We closed two of them within 2 weeks so that they could get the interest rate reduction before the funds expired.

Our team will always put in the work for our clients and make sure they are getting any assistance available to them, no matter what extra steps we have to go through. When picking a lender, work ethic matters! Choose a team that’s going to go to battle for you. 💪🏻

ATTENTION WARRENTON friends. I have a well qualified buyer up to $800,000 looking for a 3 bedroom house in the PB Smith school district on 1+ acre. My clients have sold their house and closing in July... The buyer on their house already has a commitment letter with conditions cleared, including the appraisal.
