Last week I attended Ignite at Rate, and the place was definitely on fire 🔥! Rate’s top producing women originators from all over the country got together to learn, celebrate, and share ideas together.

I learned so much from these leaders and came away feeling energized, inspired, and even more ready to serve our clients.

It rained the whole time we were there, but maybe that was out of necessity to keep the flames down from the massive energy being ignited there! I’m incredibly grateful to work for a company where ideas, innovation, and the genius that comes from having boots (that were made for walking) on the ground are valued, appreciated, and put into practice.
